Part time access memberships are a great way to utilize the CVMPOUND on a part-time basis at a discounted rate. Don't have one, but want one? Head over to Memberships & Day Passes.

SETTING UP YOUR ACCESS
Once you’ve purchased your membership, you’ll receive two separate emails that include a link to download the CVMPOUND and Kisi apps.
STEP 1
ONCE LOGGED INTO THE CVMPOUND APP, SELECT TIMETABLE ON THE BOTTOM NAV AND SELECT
DAY PASSES & CLASSES
STEP 2
CLICK THE CALENDAR ICON TO SELECT WHAT DAY YOU WANT TO COME IN AND THEN CLICK SHOW RESULTS TO BOOK YOUR DATE & TIME.
STEP 3
SELECT YOUR ENTRY TIME.
STEP 4
AFTER SELECTING WHAT TIME YOU WANT TO BOOK, CLICK BOOK TO CONFIRM YOUR TIME.
STEP 5
ONCE YOU HAVE BOOKED, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
STEP 6
AFTER BOOKING, YOUR KISI APP WILL UPDATE WITH FRONT & REAR DOOR ACCESS
70 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED TIME.

Below are some common questions we get regarding part-time membership access.
HOW DO I ENROLL INTO A PART-TIME MEMBERSHIP?
Goto the Memberships & Day Pass page and take your pick.
DO I STILL HAVE TO SIGN WAIVERS?
Yes, you will sign a waiver through the CVMPOUND app.
DO PART-TIME MEMBERSHIPS ALSO RECEIVE 2 ONE-TIME USE GUEST PASSES?
No they do not.
CAN I BRING A FRIEND WITH ME DURING MY DAY PASS VISIT?
Yes, however, they will have to pay for a day pass - and sign a waiver.
DO I HAVE TO USE THE CALENDAR TO BOOK MY DAY PASS?
Only if you have a part time membership.
CAN I CANCEL MY DAY PASS BOOKING?
Yes, you can cancel your day pass through the cvmpound app.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY DAY PASS BOOKING?
Goto the Bookings tab in the bottom nav, select your day pass booking and select Cancel.
CAN I RESCHEDULE MY DAY PASS BOOKING?
Yes. After canceling your day pass booking, the credit will be added back to your balance - and you can repeat the booking process.
DO I GET MY DAY PASS CREDIT BACK IF I CANCEL?
Yes, after canceling your day pass credit, it will be reapplied back towards your balance.
HOW DO I ENTER THE GYM ONCE MY DAY PASS IS BOOKED?
Using the Kisi app and scanning the reader outside of the front or rear door access.
HOW SOON DO I GET ACCESS BEFORE MY TIME OF BOOKING?
70 minutes before your booking time.
HOW LONG DOES MY BOOKING ACCESS LAST FOR UNTIL I CANNOT GET IN?
2 hours.
WHAT IF I RUN OUT OF CREDITS AND WANT TO ADD MORE DAYS?
Discounted day passes ($20) can be added by repeating the booking process.
HOW DO I CHECK MY REMAINING DAY PASS CREDITS?
Go onto your profile at the top left into the cvmpound app. Click your current membership. At the top right it will show how many credits you have.
CAN I PURCHASE AN AMENITY ADD-ON WITH MY PART-TIME MEMBERSHIP?
Yes. Go onto the CVMPOUND app and select memberships at the bottom right. Click buy credits on the top right. Pick which amenity you would like to use.
CAN I APPLY MY DAY PASS CREDIT TOWARDS A LOUNGE PASS OR AMENITY ADD-ON?
Day pass credits can only be applied towards day passes. Lounge and amenity add-ons must be purchased separately.
