MEMBER PERKS
CVMPOUND full-time members receive more than access to train. They also receive preferred access to create:

- The member’s own model admission is covered.
Benefits apply only when the full-time member is the principal creator or talent. Commercial productions commissioned by outside brands remain subject to the applicable facility fee.

PLANNING SOMETHING LARGER?
Most small indoor creator shoots have a straightforward approval process. Productions involving larger crews, exterior activity, extensive equipment, unusual parking demands, amplified sound, generators, blocked access, or other significant operational impact should be submitted at least 14 days in advance. Additional permit or insurance documentation may be required.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
DOES THE GYM CLOSE DURING MY SHOOT?
No. Unless a private facility buyout has been arranged, CVMPOUND will remain open and operational during your shoot. Members retain priority access to all equipment and training areas, and your production may not block or reserve space without prior approval.
DOES MY PHOTOGRAPHER NEED A DAY PASS?
No. Creator+ and higher packages include access for the designated number of photographers or videographers. Each photographer must complete a waiver and may only enter the facility for the approved shoot. Anyone appearing in the content or using gym equipment is considered talent and may require a day pass.
CAN I BRING PROFESSIONAL LIGHTING?
Professional lighting and other specialized production equipment are permitted with a Pro or Pro+ package and must be disclosed in advance. All equipment is subject to management approval and may not obstruct equipment, walkways, exits, or normal gym operations.
CAN OTHER GYM MEMBERS APPEAR IN THE BACKGROUND?
Not without their permission. Your production must be positioned and framed to avoid capturing identifiable members, employees, or visitors who are not participating in the shoot. CVMPOUND cannot guarantee an empty background unless a private facility buyout has been arranged.
DO FULL-TIME MEMBERS RECEIVE A DISCOUNT?
Yes. Active standard full-time members receive preferred photoshoot benefits, including qualifying personal Creator+ access and discounted Pro and Pro+ facility fees. Benefits apply when the member is the principal creator or talent and may not be used to provide complimentary production access to an outside brand, photographer, or commercial client.
Part-time, weekend, and personal-training-only memberships do not include these photoshoot benefits.
DO I NEED A CITY PERMIT?
Most small indoor creator shoots will not be asked by CVMPOUND to provide permit documentation.
Larger or higher-impact productions may be required to provide applicable permits, insurance, or written agency confirmation before final approval.
