Below are some common questions about hours, accessing the facility and policies.
WHAT ARE THE HOURS OF OPERATION?
MONDAY - FRIDAY | 5AM - 11PM
SATURDAY - SUNDAY | 7AM - 8PM
WHEN DOES MY ACCESS BEGIN?
IMMEDIATELY AFTER ENROLLING INTO A MEMBERSHIP OR DAY PASS. KISI ACCESS INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE DELIVERED VIA EMAIL. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR SPAM IF THERE ARE NO EMAILS IN YOUR INBOX.
HOW DO I ACCESS THE FACILITY?
WITH THE KISI APP, YOU WILL USE YOUR IPHONE OR ANDROID DEVICE TO SCAN INTO THE FACILITY. ONCE SCANNED IN, YOU ARE CHECKED IN.
AM I REQUIRED TO SIGN ANY WAIVERS?
YES. ALL MEMBERS AND GUESTS MUST SIGN A WAIVER.
HOW CAN I DOWNLOAD THE CVMPOUND & KISI APPS?
THE CVMPOUND AND KISI APPS CAN BE DOWNLOADED IN THE iOS APP STORE OR THE GOOGLE PLAYSTORE.
ARE WAIVERS MANDATORY PRIOR TO ENTRANCE?
YES. IF YOUR WAIVER IS NOT SIGNED, OUR STAFF WILL POLITELY PROMPT YOU TO SIGN THE UNSIGNED WAIVER.
IS THERE 24/7 ACCESS?
NOT AT THIS TIME; HOWEVER, WE ARE PREPPING TO ROLE OUR 24 HOUR MODEL OUT IN THE COMING MONTHS.
DO YOU ALLOW FILMING?
YES BUT WE ASK THAT YOU ARE ALWAYS RESPECTFUL OF THOSE AND THEIR SPACE AROUND YOU.

DO YOU HAVE A LOST AND FOUND?

ARE YOU A CASHLESS FACILITY?
YES. NO CASH IS EVER STORED ON SITE AND ALL PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED THROUGH TAP TO PAY OR WITH PHYSICAL CARD.

WHAT IS THE EASIEST WAY TO ENROLL INTO A MEMBERSHIP?
THE EASIEST WAY TO ENROLL INTO A CVMPOUND MEMBERSHIP IS VIA THE CVMPOUND APP OR HERE ON THE SITE.
CAN I USE THE LOUNGE WITH MY GYM MEMBERSHIP?
NO, UNLESS A RECOVERY SESSION PACK HAS BEEN PURCHASED.
WHY ARE MEMBERSHIPS LIMITED?
TO PROVIDE AN EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, PREVENT OVERCROWDING.
CAN I SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP?
NO SHARING OF ANY MEMBERSHIPS IS PERMITTED. IF YOU ARE CAUGHT SHARING YOUR MEMBERSHIP, YOUR MEMBERSHIP WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CANCELLED AND NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
CAN I CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP?
UNLESS UNDER CONTRACT, YES YOU CAN BY SENDING AN EMAIL WITH YOUR REQUEST TO INFO@CVMPOUND.COM
CANCELLED MEMBERSHIPS CANNOT BE REINSTATED AND IF YOU CHOOSE TO RE-ENROLL AT A LATER TIME, YOU WILL BE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND CURRENT MEMBERSHIP PRICING.
ARE SHOWERS AVAILABLE?
NOT AT THIS TIME, BUT WE ARE HOPEFUL TO OFFER THEM IN THE FUTURE.
CAN I BRING IN A GUEST?
ALL MEMBERS HAVE TWO SINGLE-DAY GUESTS PASSES PER YEAR. IF A GUEST USES THE PASS, BUT DOES NOT ENROLL, THE GUEST PASS IS CONSIDERED EXPIRED AND CANNOT BE USED AGAIN UNLESS THE GUEST SIGNS UP AT SOME POINT IN THE SAME YEAR.

WHERE CAN I PARK?
MEMBERS CAN PARK DIRECTLY IN FRONT OR BEHIND CVMPOUND, OR ALONG THE STREET. ALTHOUGH SHARED PARKING IS AVAILABLE, PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF NEIGHBORING BUSINESSES DURING BUSINESS HOURS.
WE RECOMMEND NOT PARKING DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORING BUSINESSES DURING THE HOURS OF 9AM-4PM M-F.

CAN I TOUR THE FACILITY?
YOU ARE WELCOME TO TOUR THE FACILITY DURING FRONT STAFFED HOURS ALONGSIDE A STAFF MEMBER.
THE USE OF ANY EQUIPMENT DURING THIS TIME IS NOT PERMITTED.
ARE THERE CAMERAS IN THE FACILITY?
YES, BUT ONLY IN THE RECEPTION AREA. THIS IS TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR GUESTS AND THE FACILITY.
CAMERA FOOTAGE IS ONLY ACCESSIBLE BY OWNERS AND IF WARRANTED, LAW ENFORCEMENT.
CAN I PAUSE MY MEMBERSHIP?
MEMBERSHIPS CAN BE PAUSED WITH VALID PROOF OF A MEDICAL, RELOCATION OR LEGAL EMERGENCY.
ARE KIDS ALLOWED?
NO INDIVIDUALS UNDER THE AGE OF 16 ARE PERMITTED INSIDE THE FACILITY. GUESTS UNDER 18 MUST HAVE A PARENT WAIVER SIGNED.
