MEMBER EXPERIENCE ASSOCIATE
As a Member Experience Associate at CVMPOUND, you help create a high-level experience for every member and guest. You are the first impression of the brand and a key part of daily operations.
Responsibilities include welcoming members, managing check-ins, controlling facility access, maintaining cleanliness and organization, assisting with bookings and purchases, and upholding the overall standard of the gym.
This role requires professionalism, energy, attention to detail, and a hospitality-first mindset every shift.
