STEPHANIE VILLARRUEL

Stephanie Villarruel believes that fitness has never been about perfection, it has always been about perseverance. Her journey into personal training was built through real life experiences, challenges, and the determination to keep showing up even when things felt difficult. She understands what it means to balance a busy life, responsibilities, health struggles, and still try to prioritize well being. Because of that, she does not just coach from knowledge, she coaches from lived experience.

She began weight training at the age of 24 and by 28 discovered her passion for pursuing personal training. Over the years, Stephanie has learned that strength is not only built in the gym, but through the quiet battles faced every day. There were moments in her journey where progress felt slow, obstacles felt heavy, and motivation was not always easy to find. But she made a commitment to herself to keep going. Fitness became more than a routine, it became a form of resilience, discipline, and self respect.

As a personal trainer, Stephanie’s mission is to help women realize that their goals are possible, no matter where they are starting from. She works primarily with women ages 28 to 40 who are starting over or looking to get back into fitness. She also connects deeply with women who struggle with Hashimoto’s and hypothyroidism, as she has personally learned how to navigate and function with this diagnosis. Her goal is to remind them that they are not alone.

Stephanie believes in building sustainable habits, developing confidence, and helping women reconnect with their bodies in a positive and empowering way. Her coaching approach focuses on creating structure, accountability, and encouragement while meeting each client exactly where they are in their journey. She strives to create an environment where women feel supported, understood, and capable of achieving more than they once believed.

Her goal is not just to help women lose weight or change their appearance, but to help them build mental strength, resilience, and self confidence that carries into every area of their lives. She wants every woman to walk away from their journey knowing they are stronger than the obstacles they face.

Stephanie stands as proof that persistence, discipline, and self belief can take someone further than they ever imagined. Her purpose as a trainer is to guide, encourage, and walk alongside women who are ready to take that step and discover just how strong they truly are.
