JONATHAN HENRY

Jonathan Henry’s journey with fitness started later than most, not because he lacked discipline or drive. Growing up, he was a multi-sport athlete and had always been active. Behind the scenes, however, he was battling depression, anxiety, and addiction, struggles he faced for over 15 years.

At 34 years old, Jonathan reached a turning point and decided it was time to take control of his life. That decision led him to the gym. At the time, he had no idea where to start or what he was doing, but he knew one thing: he had to keep showing up. Day after day, he committed to the process, knowing that going back to old habits was no longer an option.

More than five years later, the gym has completely transformed his life. Not only did fitness help him overcome his personal battles, but it also gave him a new purpose. In 2021, Jonathan became a personal trainer so he could help others who might feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin, just like he once did.

For Jonathan, coaching is about more than workouts. It is about showing people that they are not alone, that change is possible, and that it is never too late to start.

Jonathan specializes in strength training and building strong, functional muscle for both men and women, regardless of age or fitness experience. His mission is to help people invest in themselves and their health, because once you start prioritizing yourself, your potential becomes limitless.
