JOCELYN CUEVAS

Jocelyn Cuevas is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Registered Respiratory Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals build strength, improve their health, and gain confidence through sustainable fitness and lifestyle habits.

Her passion for fitness stems from her own journey of transforming her health through strength training, nutrition, and consistency. Through that experience, Jocelyn learned that lasting results are not achieved through perfection, but through creating habits that are realistic, sustainable, and aligned with everyday life.

Working as a Registered Respiratory Therapist has given Jocelyn a unique perspective on the importance of health and wellness. Supporting patients through some of their most challenging moments has reinforced her belief that health is one of our greatest assets and that investing in it can have a profound impact on quality of life. She has witnessed firsthand how regular exercise, proper nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices can improve overall well-being and help reduce the risk of chronic health conditions.

Jocelyn works with clients of all fitness levels, whether their goals are fat loss, muscle building, increased strength, or simply feeling more confident in their own skin. Her coaching approach combines education, accountability, and personalized support to help clients create lasting results.
