CHELSEA DEL REAL

Chelsea’s foundation in fitness began through years of competitive club volleyball, where she developed the discipline, resilience, and work ethic that still shape her approach today. Training was never just about appearance. It was about consistency, effort, and pushing past limits.

As she spent more time in the gym outside of athletics, Chelsea noticed how many women felt uncomfortable or unsure in that space. She saw hesitation and self-doubt and realized that confidence in the gym isn’t automatic. It’s built, just like strength.

A defining moment in her journey was training her own mom. Watching someone walk into the gym nervous and uncertain, then gradually become stronger and more confident reinforced Chelsea’s belief that strength training is about more than aesthetics. It’s about feeling capable and empowered at any stage of life.

Chelsea works with women of all experience levels, focusing on proper form, progressive overload, and building real strength through structured, intentional training. She believes fitness isn’t a quick fix, but a lifestyle built through consistency and sustainable habits.

For Chelsea, coaching goes beyond the workouts themselves. She focuses on building strong relationships with her clients so they feel supported, motivated, and confident throughout their journey.
